冼银崧区长调研华外同文外国语学校 | 以优质教育配套赋能黄埔高质量发展 District Head Yin-Song Xian Visits HW

3月4日下午，新学期伊始，广州市黄埔区委副书记、区长冼银崧带队前往黄埔区华外同文外国语学校开展调研，深入检查学校开学各项工作落实情况，实地查看校园环境与教学设施建设，详细询问学校办学理念、师资队伍建设、特色课程打造等核心工作，并为学校未来高质量发展指明方向、提出具体要求。 

On the afternoon of March 4, early in the new semester, Yin-Song Xian, District Chief of Huangpu, Guangzhou, visited Huawai-Tongman Foreign Language School (HW). The team inspected campus facilities, and reviewed the school's educational philosophy, faculty development, and curriculum.

此次调研紧扣2026年广东省、广州市高质量发展大会精神，立足黄埔区推动制造业与服务业协同发展、加快建设现代化产业体系的发展大局，聚焦优质教育配套建设这一重要课题。

The visit aligned with the 2026 provincial and municipal development goals, focusing on how quality education supports Huangpu's industrial system.

冼银崧区长指出，优质民办教育是区域现代化产业体系的重要服务支撑，更是优化营商环境、吸引和留住高层次人才的关键“软环境”，对黄埔区建设“三城一岛”产业增长极、实现高质量发展具有重要意义。她对华外同文外国语学校秉持“更中国 更世界”办学特色，融合中西方教育精粹、深耕学生综合素质培养的办学成果予以充分肯定，称赞学校已成为黄埔区民办教育领域的标杆与名片。 

District Chief Xian stated that high-quality private education is vital for the modern industrial system. It is a key part of the "soft environment" that attracts top talent, crucial for Huangpu's "Three Cities One Island" industrial growth. She acknowledged HW's "Embrace China Embrace the World" philosophy for blending Chinese and Western education, calling the school a benchmark in Huangpu's private education sector.

调研中，冼银崧区长重点关切同文教育集团筹建高中的工作进展。她强调，优质高中建设是完善区域教育链条、补齐教育民生短板、满足群众对优质高中学位迫切需求的重要举措。她要求，华外同文高中部项目要坚持高起点规划、高标准建设、高质量运营，充分依托同文教育集团现有办学优势和资源积淀，大胆探索特色化、多元化办学路径，为黄埔学子提供更丰富、更多元的教育选择，切实为区域产业发展做好人才储备与培育工作。 

A key topic was the progress on HW's new high school div. District Chief Xian stressed that building a quality high school is essential to improve the local education chain and meet public demand. She urged that the project be planned and built to high standards, leveraging HW's existing strengths to offer diverse educational paths and support industrial development with a strong talent pipeline.

冼银崧区长对学校未来发展提出殷切期望，她希望华外同文外国语学校持续坚守高质量特色发展之路，精益求精做精做优教育服务，充分发挥示范引领作用，在促进中外人文交流、提升黄埔教育国际化水平上再立新功；要持续深化教育内涵建设，建强建优师资队伍，从严从实守牢校园安全底线，用心用情关注学生心理健康，着力培养兼具深厚中华文化根基与强劲国际竞争力的时代新人，为黄埔区打造现代化产业体系、实现高质量发展提供坚实的人才支撑和智力保障。

District Chief Xian encouraged HW to continue its path of distinctive, high-quality development. She hopes the school will further enhance its services, lead in international education, and deepen its educational impact. The focus should be on building a strong teaching staff, ensuring campus safety, and supporting student mental health. The goal is to nurture globally competitive talents with a solid Chinese cultural foundation, contributing to Huangpu's high-quality development.  

华外同文外国语学校负责人表示，学校将认真贯彻落实调研要求，牢牢立足黄埔开放创新的发展热土，持续深化教育教学改革，不断提升办学品质，努力打造大湾区民办教育高质量发展的典范，以优质教育成果为黄埔区提升城市能级、推动高质量发展贡献更多教育力量。

A school representative stated that HW will implement the instructions, deepen educational reforms, and strive to become a model of private education in the Greater Bay Area, contributing to Huangpu's growth.
