从新加坡IYDC国际青少年舞蹈大赛的金奖与最佳创意奖，到意大利“罗马之星”国际艺术节的团体特等奖；从省市级比赛的一等奖，到黄埔区累计10余项一等奖——华外学子用一座座奖杯，写下了属于自己的成长答卷。

但奖杯不是终点。真正动人的，是那些在把杆前咬牙忍住眼泪、在镜子前一遍遍抠动作、在放学后主动留下来加练的日子。那些流过汗流过泪的日子，后来真的开出了花。

华外的舞蹈课程，是一套覆盖中小学全学段的科学育人体系。
小学阶段课程以“中国舞”为核心，融合民族民间舞、芭蕾舞和现代舞元素。课程分单双周设置，从体形体态到身体律动，从舞姿身韵到自由编创，课程建设充满“表现”“创造”“欣赏”和“融合”的特色化校本舞蹈普及课程，促使小学学生在舞蹈学习的过程中，由外至内的解放身体、开创思维，更加灵活的运用身体，展示自己的艺术魅力。
The primary curriculum focuses on Chinese dance, blending elements of folk, ballet, and contemporary dance. It helps students free their bodies, expand their thinking, move with flexibility, and express their artistic self.
中学阶段面向七、八年级开设形体课，这是一门舞蹈艺术与体育教育的跨学科融合课程。 课程聚焦华尔兹、探戈、快步等五大舞种，将传统双人舞改编为完整的单人教学体系，确保每位学生独立完成学习。课程遵循“形体矫正—步伐掌握—风格体会—组合呈现”的进阶路径，通过摩登舞特有的架型训练与核心稳定训练，帮助学生建立挺拔优雅的身体姿态。
At the secondary level, a physical expression class is offered for grades 7 and 8, blending dance artistry with physical education. Through ballroom dance training, students build a tall, upright, and elegant posture.
中学阶段还组建街舞校队，兼顾基本功与成品舞编排。在自由奔放的节奏中，帮助学生释放活力、建立自信。
Secondary students also have access to hip-hop dance, blending basics with choreography.
从小学到中学，阶梯式设计让舞蹈教育无缝衔接：小学重兴趣启蒙与基础规范，中学重技能提升与风格把握，最终达成“培养优雅体态、提升艺术素养、塑造自信人格”的育人目标。

作为黄埔区首批高水平舞蹈美育团队，同文大美舞蹈团是华外舞蹈课程之上的那片更广阔的天地。它是常规课程之外的进阶平台，向那些热爱跳舞的孩子敞开。
The Damei Dance Troupe, one of Huangpu District’s first high-level dance education teams, is an advanced platform beyond the regular curriculum for children who love to dance.
舞蹈团外出参加比赛
自2016年创设以来，舞蹈团分级分层建立人才梯队，每一个孩子都在这里找到属于自己的位置。他们不仅要练软开度、抠动作，更要学会合作、学会坚持。日复一日的训练，沉淀出“刻苦、团结、自律”的团队精神，也托举他们走向更大的舞台。
Since 2016, the dance troupe has built a tiered talent pipeline. From foundational classes for first and second graders to the secondary performance troupe, every child finds their place here.
更让人欣慰的是，许多孩子从基础班一步步走上来，从躲在后面的那个，变成敢站在舞台中央的那一个。他们在这里收获的不仅是奖状，更是挺拔的体态、自信的眼神，和一颗敢于追梦的心。

孙楚珺
国家二级教师，广东省舞蹈家协会会员，广州市青年教师舞蹈团成员。个人曾获黄埔区美育教师基本功比赛小学组舞蹈全能一等奖、中韩建交20周年文化交流演出特别金奖等荣誉。她带领大美舞蹈团从无到有、从有到优，被评为黄埔区首批高水平美育团队。
National Level 2 Teacher. Member of Guangdong Dancers Association and Guangzhou Young Teachers Dance Troupe.
马杨晨美
中共党员，精于芭蕾舞、中国舞与舞蹈理论融合教学。2024年指导学生获得意大利“罗马之星”国际艺术节团体特等奖及三项独舞一等奖，2025年指导学生斩获粤港澳大湾区青少年艺术大赛双人舞一等奖。
A CPC member, she specializes in integrating ballet, Chinese dance, and dance theory. In 2024, she led students to win the Group Grand Prize and three solo first prizes at Italy's "Roma Star" International Arts Festival.
甘甜
国家二级裁判员，白云区体育舞蹈协会会员，黄埔区体育舞蹈协会会员。2021年羊城运动汇体育舞蹈暨第十六届省运会选拔赛A组第三名，2022年CEFA国际标准舞全国公开赛深圳站高校专业组第二名。
