斐特思艺术节回顾 | 回望美学本真，以艺术构筑精神底色

器物留痕，岁月无声。广州斐特思艺术节的落幕，并非一场狂欢的终结，而是一次关于“教育何以滋养灵魂”的深沉回响。在这里，艺术不再是孤立的技艺展示，而是师生共同编织的意义之网，是对“何为美好”的一次集体叩问。

The 2026 Arts Festival at Fettes College Guangzhou came to an end. This wonderful event was more than just a celebration. It made us reflect on the value of art and education. At our school, art was never just a talent show. It brought teachers and students closer, and guided everyone to discover and appreciate beauty.

漫步在广州斐特思艺术长廊，数百件学生原创作品有序陈列。这些艺术作品错落分布，线条、色彩与光影，交织成专属于少年们的艺术天地。

Hundreds of original artworks created by students were displayed in the art gallery. Lines, colours and lights formed a vibrant art world for young creators.

围绕“Retro回望”这一主题，孩子们用双手触摸时光的温度。那些看似稚嫩的笔触与精巧的构造，实则是在构建自我的历史坐标系——“我从哪里来？我要成为谁？” 每一件作品都是封存成长轨迹的琥珀，提醒着我们：教育最动人的时刻，莫过于看见一个孩子如何将内在的混沌，梳理成外在的秩序与美感。

With the theme Retro, students created works by hand to recall memories and feel the passage of time. Their paintings and handcrafts recorded their thoughts and growth. We saw how they sorted out their ideas and created beauty step by step. Every artwork was a precious mark of their growth.

“Retro回望”时装发布会，是一场跨越时空的文化对话。从巴洛克时期的繁复华丽到古希腊的流动自然，学生们并未止步于复刻，而是以当代视角对经典进行解构与重组。

The Retro Fashion Show served as a cultural journey through time. Students drew inspiration from Baroque and ancient Greek clothing styles. Instead of simply copying, they redesigned the outfits with modern ideas in mind.

这不仅是裁剪与缝纫的技艺，更是历史观与审美力的深度融合。当幼小初高的学子与家长携手登台，自信地行走于光影之间，我们看到的不仅是服装的演变，更是学子们对于“经典如何在当下重生”的生动诠释。这种代际间的协作与共创，正是学校作为“文化枢纽”最温暖的注脚。

The show tested their sewing skills as well as their taste and cultural understanding. Students from all grades walked onto the stage confidently, accompanied by their parents. The event breathed new life into classic styles, and showed the warmth of cooperation between families and the school. It also made our campus a great place to pass down culture and share creative ideas.  

舞台之上，旋律与肢体成为了最深刻的叙事语言。

Music and dance became perfect ways to express feelings and tell stories on stage.

幼儿园的《长安三万里》，以稚拙之态致敬千年诗韵，这是对文化根脉最纯净的回望

Kids from Kindergarten performed Chang An. They interpreted classic poems with lovely moves and paid tribute to traditional Chinese culture.

初中部的《巴拉拉小魔仙》，在魔法与黑暗的博弈中演绎团结，这是对集体人格最童真的建构

Middle school students put on Balala the Fairies, which told the importance of teamwork through fun plots.  

小学及初高中部的《海洋奇缘》，以流利的英文与磅礴的气势直面风浪，这是英雄主义最有力的宣告

Students from primary school to senior school staged Moana. They delivered fluent English lines and acted passionately, showing great courage in the face of difficulties.

黑白键上回荡的是对经典的温柔回望。钢琴独奏《A小调圆舞曲》如月光倾洒，《巫师幻想曲》带着少年奇想，还有六手联弹《我的钢琴小伙伴》默契配合……小提琴《钢铁洪流进行曲》气势昂扬，大提琴《加沃特舞曲》优雅流淌……这些曲目都印证着学艺之路从稚嫩到笃定的蜕变。

A variety of instrumental performances followed. We enjoyed piano solos Waltz in A Minor and Wizard Fantasy, the piano six-hand piece My Little Piano Partner, the violin piece March of the Steel Torrent and the cello piece Gavotte.

同学们指尖流淌的不只是旋律，更是回望初心时那份不曾褪色的热爱。

The beautiful music reflected their constant practice and steady progress. It also showed their sincere love for music.

舞蹈《祝福》表演，高中部同学以舒展舞姿诉说同窗情谊；独舞《和风蝶语》、双人舞蹈《飞天乐鼓》、家庭舞蹈《APT》等精彩表演轮番亮相。每一次抬手旋转，都是对美好的致意；每一段律动，都是对时光的温柔回应，精彩的舞蹈令现场观众如痴如醉。

Dance performances were equally amazing. Senior school students danced Blessings to show friendship among classmates. Solo dances, duets and the family dance appeared one after another. Every dance move praised beauty and recalled good old days, and won warm applause from the audience.

歌声是情绪最直接的表达。合唱《Memories》、二重唱《爱的回归线》、独唱《水星记》、自弹自唱《过客》等节目依次登场，摇滚乐队的演绎更将现场氛围推向高潮。从温柔抒情的慢歌，到动感十足的节奏曲目，再到乐队带来的燃情现场，每一段旋律都诉说着少年心事与成长感悟。

Songs expressed emotions directly. Chorus Memories, duet Love's Return line, solo Mercury and acoustic song The Visitor were performed in turn. The rock band really livened up the whole venue. Different music styles voiced teenagers' inner thoughts and feelings about growth.

学校管弦乐队与合唱团联合演绎《疯狂动物城》。各类乐器默契和鸣，欢快悠扬的旋律响彻全场，将现场气氛推向顶峰，也为整场舞台汇演落下精彩帷幕。

As the grand finale, our school orchestra and choir played music from Zoo. All instruments worked in great harmony. The cheerful music filled the hall and perfectly finished all stage performances.

在艺术节的闭幕式上，广州斐特思中外方总校长郑雷女士和盖朗宁先生分别为12年级毕业生严紫齐与钱昱龙颁发了2026 FCG卓越视觉艺术荣誉奖和卓越表演艺术荣誉奖。

After the performances, The Expat and Chinese Heads of College, Mr Jeroen Gakes and Ms Julie Zheng presented the 2026 FCG OutstandingVisual Arts Honouree and Performing Arts Honouree to Orchid Yan and Andy Qian respectively.

在拼豆的斑斓与刮画的惊喜中，我们看到了教育最本真的样貌：允许试错，鼓励天马行空。 无论是敦煌团扇的古韵，还是3D纸模的自由拼装，这片“创意乐园”拒绝了标准化的模具，拥抱了每一个独特的想象。它向家长昭示：真正的创新力，往往诞生于这种看似“无意义”的涂抹与嬉戏之中。

We offered many fun activities, including Pixel Bead, Scratch Art, Dunhuang Palace Fan Craft and 3D Paper Model Workshop. Everyone experienced the joy of art here. There were no strict rules, so students could experiment freely and let their imaginations run wild. We also want parents to understand that free play and creation are the best ways to develop creativity.

在“艺术慈善义卖”专区，少年们的创造力不再局限于画廊的四壁。他们将绘画书签、油画日记本、冰箱贴等原创设计，转化为连接社会的纽带。这不仅仅是一次交易，更是一次“同理心的演练”。

学子们将义卖所得，悉数用于支持特殊儿童艺术教育与流浪动物救助。这一刻，艺术不再是高高在上的奢侈品，而是“学以致用”的利器，是融化冷漠的温热。它向孩子们证明：你们的才华，足以抚慰他人的伤痛；你们的创造，拥有改变现实的力量。

At the art charity sale area, students unleashed their creativity beyond the gallery walls. They turned original creations like hand-painted bookmarks, oil-painting notebooks and fridge magnets into bonds connecting people. This was more than just a sale; it was a heartfelt practice of empathy.

All proceeds went to art education for children with special needs and stray animal rescue. Art was no longer an elitist luxury, but a practical skill and warm kindness that warmed hearts. It showed the students that their talent could soothe others, and their creativity could bring positive change to the world.

本届艺术节的帷幕已落，但那些在光影中震颤的、在色彩中流淌的、在旋律中跳跃的精神微光，已深深植入广州斐特思的土壤。

我们深信，只有当学校愿意放慢脚步，留出空间让少年去“回望”、去“感受”、去“创造”时，教育才真正完成了它的使命——不仅是传授生存的技巧，更是点亮生活的热情，构筑起足以迎接多变未来的精神底色。

The 2026 Arts Festival at Fettes College Guangzhou was over, yet the joy and power of art stayed deep in everyone's heart on FCG campus.

We always believe that education is more than just teaching knowledge and skills. When children have time to look back, feel and create freely, they will keep their passion for life, build a rich inner world and move forward bravely into the future.
