Michael Shi is the Co-Founder and former Principal of the International Campus at Beijing No.4 High School. He holds a B.A. in History Education from Capital Normal University, and an Ed. M. in Leadership and School Development from Acadia University in Canada. At FLAC, he adopts a teaching model that combines Chinese and Western elements, and values children's deep understanding of Chinese and Western cultures in the whole process of education. He presided over the establishment of the Inclusive Reading learning system and taught sound meters in Chinese poetry to kindergarten students.
