金秋迎萌娃,新程待启航——彼一米秋季开园准备工作纪实 I BeeMee New Semester Preparation
秋风渐起,新学期的序章正悄然开启。为保障秋季开学工作平稳落地,彼一米森林儿童学院湘府校区、西湖校区及彼一米森林托育学院,正有条不紊推进各项筹备事宜。无论是教室的细致清扫与布置,教学设备的逐一调试与校准,还是教师团队的集中备课研讨,亦或是校园安全的全方位排查,每一处细节都藏着对孩子们的用心与期许。
干净舒适、温馨适宜的教育环境能够激发孩子们的好奇心和求知欲,进而有效支持孩子们的学习与发展。新学期的到来,我们的教室环境也有了新的变化,各班围绕幼儿年龄特点、遵循EYFS发展目标、IEYF主题课程等,创设温馨舒适、富有教育内涵的空间环境,以满满的仪式感迎接孩子们的归来。
为了营造干净整洁的学习环境,为幼儿的健康护航。园区进行了全面打扫与消毒对各个教室和功能室的空调进行清洗、更换滤芯,并聘请专业人员来园进行消杀工作。
教育之路,学无止境。我们坚信,优秀的教师团队是给予孩子高质量教育的核心。为此,开学前夕,彼一米森林儿童学院湘府校区、西湖校区及彼一米森林托育学院,开展了一系列针对性、国际化的专业培训,为新学期的教学注入新能量。
外教专项培训:深化IEYC与ECSTEM课程创新
我们为外教团队组织了以 “如何基于IEYC框架设计ECSTEM课程” 为核心的深度工作坊。IEYC(International Early Years Curriculum)作为国际认可的幼教课程框架,强调基于幼儿兴趣的探索式学习。本次培训聚焦于如何将科学、技术、工程、数学(ECSTEM) 无缝融入IEYC单元主题中,引导外教学习设计更具挑战性和趣味性的项目式学习(PBL)环境,激发每个小探索家的好奇心和解决问题的能力。
中教核心培训:科学衔接与师德法规并重
中教团队则围绕家长们最关心的 “科学幼小衔接” 开展了专题教研。我们深入探讨了如何在日常教学中培养孩子的学习习惯、社会适应能力、前阅读与前书写技能等核心素养,确保衔接过程顺应规律、科学自然,帮助孩子从容自信地迈向人生新阶段。
同时,我们组织全体教师深入学习了最新出台的 《学前教育法》 并再次强化了 “师德师风” 建设。我们不仅要做知识的传递者,更要做孩子健康的守护者和良好品格的引路人。守法、懂教、有爱、有德,是我们对每一位教师不变的要求。所有的沉淀与学习,都是为了兑现我们对孩子的承诺:提供一个更专业、更国际、更有爱的成长环境。
经过彼一米全体师生的携手协作,秋季学期开学筹备工作已全部落位。我们满心期待着新学期的到来,相信在洁净有序的校园里、齐全完备的设施中,再加上精心打磨的教学安排,孩子们定能开启一段充实且精彩的成长旅程,为自己的进步与蜕变写下崭新篇章。
As the autumn breeze gradually picks up, the prologue to the new school term is quietly unfolding. To ensure the smooth implementation of the autumn school opening work, BeeMee Forest Academy (Xiangfu Campus, Xihu Campus) and BeeMee Forest Nursery Academy are advancing various preparatory tasks in an orderly manner. Whether it is the meticulous cleaning and arrangement of classrooms, the one-by-one debugging and calibration of teaching equipment, the concentrated lesson preparation and discussion of the teaching team, or the all-round inspection of campus safety, every detail embodies the care and expectations for the children.
Welcoming the Children Back with a Clean Slate
A clean, comfortable, warm and suitable educational environment can stimulate children's curiosity and desire for knowledge, effectively supporting children's learning and development. With the arrival of the new semester, our classroom environment has also undergone new changes. To welcome the children’s return with a full sense of ceremony, each class, considering the age of their children, the EYFS development goals and IEYC theme courses, has created a warm, comfortable, and educationally meaningful space.

In order to create a clean and tidy learning environment, for the health of the children, the kindergarten has been cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. The air conditioners in each room have been cleaned and the filters replaced. We also hired professionals to come to the park to carry out disinfection work.

On the journey of education, learning knows no bounds. We firmly believe that an outstanding teaching team is the core of providing high-quality education to children. To this end, on the eve of the new school term, BeeMee Forest Academy (Xiangfu Campus, Xihu Campus) and BeeMee Forest Nursery Academy have carried out a series of targeted and international professional training programs, injecting new energy into teaching for the new semester.
Foreign Teacher-Specific Training: Deepening IEYC and ECSTEM Curriculum Innovation
We organized an in-depth workshop for the forgn teacher team, with the core theme of "How to Design ECSTEM Courses Based on the IEYC Framework". As an internationally recognized early childhood education curriculum framework, IEYC (International Early Years Curriculum) emphasizes inquiry-based learning centered on children’s interests. This training focused on how to seamlessly integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (ECSTEM) into IEYC unit themes. It guided foreign teachers to learn to design more challenging and engaging Project-Based Learning (PBL) environments, so as to stimulate the curiosity and problem-solving abilities of every young explorer.
Chinese Teacher Core Training: Emphasizing Both Scientific Transition and Professional Ethics & Regulations
The Chinese teacher team has conducted special teaching research focusing on "scientific transition from kindergarten to primary school"—a topic of greatest concern to parents. We conducted in-depth discussions on how to cultivate children's core competencies such as learning habits, social adaptability, pre-reading and pre-writing skills in daily teaching. This ensures that the transition process conforms to objective rules, is scientific and natural, and helps children move towards a new stage of life with composure and confidence.
Meanwhile, we organized all teachers to conduct in-depth learning of the newly issued Preschool Education Law and re-emphasized the development of "teacher ethics and professional conduct". We aim not only to be disseminators of knowledge, but more importantly, guardians of children's well-being and guides for nurturing their positive character. Abiding by the law, mastering teaching skills, being caring, and upholding ethics are our unchanging requirements for every teacher. All the accumulation and learning are aimed at fulfilling our commitment to children: to provide a more professional, more international, and more caring environment for their growth.
Through the joint efforts of all teachers and students at Beimi, the preparation work for the new autumn semester has been fully completed. We are eagerly looking forward to the arrival of the new semester. We believe that in the clean and orderly campus, with complete facilities and well-designed teaching plans, children will surely embark on a fulfilling and wonderful growth journey, writing a new chapter for their progress and transformation.
