佛山ASJ致力于构建家校协同的SEL(社会情感学习)支持生态。由心理健康中心举办的“松绑压力,植物疗愈”SEL教师工作坊与“从沉默到对话”家长沙龙,构建起情感支持网络 —— 既为教育者卸下压力、注入能量,让他们以更丰盈的状态守护学生成长;也为家长打开了亲子沟通的新视角,让家庭成为孩子情感能力生长的摇篮。
Foshan ASJ is committed to building an SEL (Social Emotional Learning) support ecosystem for home-school collaboration. The "Release Stress, Plant Healing" SEL teacher workshop and the "From Silence to Dialogue" parent salon organized by the Mental Health Center build an emotional support network for home-school collaboration - not only relieving pressure and injecting energy for educators, allowing them to protect students' growth in a more abundant state; it also opens up a new perspective for parent-child communication for parents, making the family the cradle of children's emotional ability growth.

松绑压力,以植物疗愈唤醒内在力量

OH卡,也称“潜意识投射卡”,是由德国人本主义心理学家莫里兹·艾格迈尔与墨西哥裔艺术家伊利·拉曼共同创作的一种心理学工具,能够帮助我们更好地理解自己,处理情绪,并在个人成长的道路上获得深刻的洞察。
当压力如同看不见的细线,缠绕得人紧绷又疲惫;当想诉说焦虑,却不知从何开口——这些小小的卡片成为了通向内心的桥梁。在这个环节里,教师们自然地围桌而坐,不需要任何心理学背景,只需凭感受选择与自己对语的卡片。那些抽象的图案与词汇,奇妙地映射出每个人心底的困境与情绪,而同伴们的专注倾听与理解,则成为了最温暖的回应。
OH card, also known as "subconscious projection card", is a psychological tool co-created by German humanistic psychologist Moritz Eggmeier and Mexican artist Eli Laman. It can help us better understand ourselves, deal with emotions, and gain profound insights on the path of personal growth.
When stress is like an invisible thread, making people tense and exhausted; when you want to express your anxiety but don’t know where to start - these small cards become a bridge to your heart. In this session, teachers sit around the table naturally and do not need any psychology background. They only need to choose the cards that speak to them based on their feelings. Those abstract patterns and words wonderfully reflected the dilemma and emotions in everyone's heart, and the attentive listening and understanding of the companions became the warmest response.



大家选取到的卡片不仅是自我对话的工具,更是一面面镜子,照见那些常被忽略的内在需求。
有的教师发现,工作和生活的平衡在被打破;还有的则觉察到,内心深处始终有个声音在质疑自己是否做得足够好。这些发现并非终点,而是自我理解的起点。在同伴们的分享和协助下,每位参与者获得了对自身压力源的新认识,以及同频伙伴的支持。
The cards you selected are not only tools for self-talk, but also mirrors that reflect inner needs that are often ignored.
Some teachers find that the balance between work and life is being broken; others realize that there is always a voice deep in their hearts questioning whether they are doing well enough. These discoveries are not the end, but the starting point of self-understanding. With the sharing and assistance of their peers, each participant gained a new understanding of their own stressors and the support of their peers.


随后,工作坊进入了沉浸式的植物手作环节——制作「专属圣木棒熏香」。长桌上摆放着各式各样的疗愈植物:薰衣草对抗焦虑、雪松稳定心神、圣木清除杂念、迷迭香提振精力......每一种植物都蕴含着独特的疗愈属性。
Subsequently, the workshop entered the immersive plant hand-making process - making "exclusive sacred wood stick incense". A variety of healing plants are placed on the long table: lavender fights anxiety, cedar stabilizes the mind, sacred wood clears distracting thoughts, and rosemary boosts energy. Each plant contains unique healing properties.


大家被这些带着自然气息的植物所吸引,纷纷动手尝试。有的老师将迷迭香和桂花混合,空气中弥漫开宁静的香气;有的老师则偏爱玫瑰的馥郁,忍不住深吸一口气……这份亲手创造的美好,为大家带来了满满的成就感,也让这些专注在教学一线的教师们,暂时忘却了工作的忙碌与压力。
Everyone was attracted by these plants with a natural flavor and tried them one after another. Some teachers mixed rosemary and osmanthus, filling the air with a peaceful aroma; some teachers preferred the fragrance of roses and couldn't help but take a deep breath... This beauty created by their own hands brought everyone a full sense of accomplishment, and also allowed these teachers who are focused on the front line of teaching to temporarily forget the busyness and pressure of work.

当教师们通过工作坊学会感知自己的情绪、寻找缓解压力的方法时,这种自我关怀的能力,也悄然在佛山ASJ学习者社区中传递。
能敏锐觉察自身情绪的教育者,在教学实践中更易保持平和与清醒,也更能在学生需要时,给予恰当且温暖的支持。一个懂得自我关怀的教师,会自然创造出更有安全感的学习环境,无形中成为学生情感健康的榜样与引导者。只有教师群体拥有充足的心理能量,才能真正成为学生心理健康的守护者,而整个学校也会因这份“以心育心”的力量,变得更温暖、更富活力。
When teachers learn to perceive their own emotions and find ways to relieve stress through workshops, this ability of self-care is also quietly passed on to the Foshan ASJ learner community.
Educators who are keenly aware of their own emotions are more likely to remain calm and sober during teaching practice, and are also better able to provide appropriate and warm support to students when they need it. A teacher who knows how to care for himself will naturally create a more secure learning environment and become a role model and guide for students' emotional health. Only teachers with sufficient psychological energy can truly become the guardians of students' mental health, and the entire school will become warmer and more energetic because of this power of "educating the heart with the heart."

From silence to dialogue, empowering
families to grow emotionally

当沟通的桥梁在无声中搭建,当理解的光芒透过语言的缝隙悄然洒落,一群关心孩子内心世界的家长,开启了一场关于“对话”的暖心探索。
“从沉默到对话”家长沙龙在温馨轻松的氛围中展开。心理老师以SEL社会情感学习为脉络,将自我意识、自我管理、社会意识、关系技能与负责任决策五大核心,温柔编织进家庭教育的日常中。
When bridges of communication are built in silence, and when the light of understanding quietly shines through the gaps in language, a group of parents who care about their children's inner world began a heart-warming exploration of "dialogue."
The "From Silence to Dialogue" parent salon was held in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Psychology teachers use SEL social and emotional learning as the context, and gently weave the five cores of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making into the daily life of family education.

我们相信,良好的亲子关系,是孩子走向世界的起点。当学校教导孩子“关系技能”的同时,家庭更应成为这些能力生长的土壤。这次沙龙,不仅是一次学习,更是一场“家校共育”的温柔实践——让沟通从课堂走向生活,让理解取代沉默。
活动从一场“撕纸游戏”中开始。家长们闭上双眼,仅凭指令完成撕纸任务,在单向与双向沟通的对比中,亲身体会到“社会意识”的力量——理解他人的视角,原来是有效沟通的第一扇门。
We believe that a good parent-child relationship is the starting point for children to enter the world. While schools teach children "relationship skills", families should become the soil for the growth of these abilities. This salon is not only a learning experience, but also a gentle practice of "home-school co-education" - allowing communication to move from the classroom to life, and allowing understanding to replace silence.
The event started with a "paper tearing game". Parents closed their eyes and completed the task of tearing paper based on instructions only. In the comparison of one-way and two-way communication, they experienced the power of "social awareness" - understanding other people's perspectives turns out to be the first door to effective communication.

随后,心理老师带领大家走进“萨提亚沟通姿态”与“冰山探索”。这不仅是心理学概念的传递,更是一次自我觉察与关系技能的深度练习。家长们开始觉察自己的情绪模式,也尝试看见孩子行为背后隐藏的感受与渴望——那些未曾说出口的“为什么”,在冰山的探索中,渐渐浮现轮廓。
沙龙尾声,心理老师带来了“一致性沟通”句式与“日念一好”两大实用工具。它们不只是技巧,更是SEL在生活中落地的温柔路径。用真诚的观察、温和的表达,构建有温度的亲子互动;用每天的“一念之好”,滋养彼此的心灵联结。
Later, the psychology teacher led everyone into the "Satir Communication Posture" and "Iceberg Exploration". This is not only the transfer of psychological concepts, but also an in-depth exercise of self-awareness and relationship skills. Parents began to become aware of their own emotional patterns, and also tried to see the feelings and desires hidden behind their children's behaviors - those unspoken "whys" gradually emerged in outline during the exploration of the iceberg.
At the end of the salon, the psychology teacher brought two practical tools: "Consistent Communication" sentence structure and "Daily Meditation". They are not only skills, but also gentle paths for SEL to be implemented in life. Use sincere observation and gentle expression to build a warm parent-child interaction; use daily "good thoughts" to nourish each other's spiritual connection.

Inject warmth into the campus
从教师工作坊到家长沙龙坊,佛山ASJ心理健康中心以SEL为纽带,构建了“教师 - 家长 - 学生”三方联动的心理健康支持体系。
教师的自我关怀能力为校园注入温暖力量,家长的沟通觉醒让家庭成为情感沃土,不仅能为孩子营造“内外一致”的情感健康环境,更能帮助孩子将从校园与家庭中获得的情感能力,转化为面对世界的智慧与底气,真正实现家校协同共育的美好愿景。
From teacher workshops to parent workshops, Foshan ASJ Mental Health Center uses SEL as a link to build a three-party mental health support system of "teachers-parents-students".
Teachers' self-care ability injects warmth into the school, and parents' communication awakening makes the family a fertile ground for emotions. It not only creates an emotionally healthy environment for children that is "consistent inside and outside," but also helps children transform the emotional abilities gained from school and family into wisdom and confidence to face the world, truly realizing the beautiful vision of home-school collaborative education.
