At the moment he won the championship, he took off his mask and collapsed on the ground exhausted but exhilarated with joy and excitement which was both delightful and distressing.

As an emerging sport, fencing can not only cultivate students' graceful movements, elegant temperament and good manners, but also exercise students' physique and promote their health. In OCAC’s fencing class, students learn fencing rules, master basic fencing movements, improve coordination and agility, experience the essence and fun of fencing, appreciate the chivalry of fencing, and improve their psychokinesis quality. At present, in addition to fencing, the school has also set up school teams for rock climbing, baseball, basketball, badminton, golf and other sports. By providing students with professional guidance, the school further improves the overall level of various sports in the school.
In OCAC’s PE classes, a great deal of attention is paid to the physical fitness training of students, including the basic quality exercises such as coordination, reaction, agility, strength, explosive power and endurance. At the same time, PE teachers combine the IB teaching philosophy to teach students to respect each other (including themselves, opponents, coaches and referees), actively explore and think, learn from others through observation, and be good at accepting constructive criticism, so that they can be better by improving themselves.
In OCAC, physical education mantra is not only to encourage children to take more exercise, but a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.
