At last, this moment comes. We graduate in June! So many things have happened since we came here. It all happened so quickly, just like that I had a dream, and now I wake up.
First of all, I want to thank my teachers, Miss Andrews and Ms.Li. Thank you for teaching me, I will remember you for my whole life.
And then, thank you my friends, you guys have made up my wonderful memory of Harrow Haikou lower school. I wish that you can let your heart guide you all the time.
Finally, I wish all of you a beautiful life. I want to let you know that even the genius makes mistakes sometimes, so don't be afraid of making mistake. Your future will be colorful! Farewell my friends, so long my teachers!

低年级学部校长和Y5/G4的班主任们也向毕业生们送上了真挚的祝贺:
Marcella Romano
Head of Lower School
I'm incredibly proud of both graduations. It is a very proud day for all the children and parents and staff. And this is a reflection of all of the hard work and dedication that the children have put in and also the way that they've been guided by the teachers to achieve their very best this year. For the next academic year, the G4/Y5 students and the G2/Y1 students will enter Harrow’s Upper School and Pre-Prep.
We 've carried out some transition programmes with our children. So that means that when they do arrive in September, they will be ready for work at the next stage. I have very high expectations for the children because they are so talented. You know that it will be inevitable that they will do well.
David Wickersham
Homeroom Teacher of Y5A
Being a new teacher at the school myself, I have enjoyed the chance to share an amazing year of experiences with the students of Class 5A.
As we look back on the year, we will remember the times that our students have aimed to display the values of Harrow School: COURAGE, as students have tried new things and overcome big challenges; HONOR, as they have begun to live up to the high expectations of our school; HUMILITY, as they have learnt to recognize weaknesses and ways in which they may improve; and FELLOWSHIP, as our students have started to contribute positively to the community of students, staff and families who are part of Harrow Haikou.
And so, it honors me to present to you, along with our class TA Ms. Xian, your Class 5A students.
Angus Moore
Head of Pre-Prep
I remember meeting some of the year 5B students two years ago when they first joined the school and I have been amazed by how much they have grown and developed while at Harrow. We have also welcomed new students this year and it’s been great to watch new friendships arise. To all the Year 5B students, thank you for your hard work and efforts this year, may these efforts continue long into the future. I would also like to thank the parents and families here who have supported their children to be successful at school, I hope we all can continue working together so students can flourish at Harrow Haikou.
Amy Andrews
Homeroom Teacher of Y5C
I have been honored this year to have the amazing class 5C. We have shared many memories together, memories that will last a life-time. Every single student has shown their individual personality throughout the year, and I hope you can carry this forward into Upper School.
From the first day that I met you all, I knew that you could achieve anything with your hard work and dedication. For most of you this is only your second year in an English-speaking environment, and I can already see your English improving day by day. From house music to the spelling bee, I am proud that each and everyone of you has made an effort to show teamwork in your house groups. And I would like to thank the students that have gone above and beyond in the school community such as the house captains and the library leaders. I wish you all the best in Upper School. Continue being amazing 5C!
幼儿园大班的小朋友们也即将告别幼儿园,成为一名小学生。
陪伴他们成长的园长和朝夕相处的老师们以这首诚挚感人的小诗,与勇敢的小狮子们告别。
A lot of you started at the beginning of September
You came into EYC. how well we remember.
Some of you were smiling and giggling a lot
Some were very quiet and a few tears we could spot
You came here to learn.
learn you did indeed
You were then very much like a tiny new seed
You were all in our garden just waiting to grow
So the gardeners got busy with their rakes and hoes
We fed you the water and let in the sun
You took in the soil but we had only just begun
Each day as we worked in this garden of ours
I saw you all growing So strong with new flowers
Then finally one day l took a good look
And saw each of our flowers enjoying a book
It was obvious then that you had worked too.
Soaking up all the food we had given to you
But although you have blossomed,
you still need to grow
So we will pass you on now
to another gardener we know
They too have a rake and hoe they can use
And plenty of food from which you can choose
We hope you will keep your roots open wide Take in all the food and keep it inside
Yes, a gardener can work all night and all day
But the flower must be willing to take in each ray
So work very hard in your garden each year
Do the best you can and you’ll have nothing to fear
Grow strong and tall reach up for the sun
Stay as nice as you are and have lots of fun!
