In the spring breeze, CGSBS School held the fifth Inquiry Exhibition of the academic year. As explorers, the students showcased the knowledge they had acquired with curiosity and wisdom. Let us, through this event, experience their enthusiasm as lifelong learners and the joy of inquiry.

Central idea: Stories can engage audience and communicate meaning.
中心思想:故事可以吸引听众并传达意义。
一年级本次结题展以集体展示开始,三个小组分别表演情景故事,引领观众进入故事世界。紧接着,学生们进行了故事大王比赛,他们以声情并茂的表演,将故事情感深刻传达,赢得观众共鸣。
The first-grade exhibition commenced with a collective presentation, as three groups performed scenario stories, guiding the audience into the world of tales. Following that, the students engaged in a storytelling contest, vividly conveying the emotions of the stories through their performances, earning resonance from the audience.

Central idea: Different jobs take different social responsibilities.
中心思想:不同的工作承担着不同的社会责任。
在二年级的结题展上,所有的同学都穿上自己的小小职业服装开始展示表演。有的同学为大家展示烘焙师的工作内容,有的同学穿上警察的制服为大家展示警察的责任,还有的同学穿上医生的白大褂展示医生救死扶伤的责任……通过这次探究,他们不仅展示了自己的职业梦想和职业素养,还提高了表达能力和表演能力。
At the second-grade exhibition, all the students dressed their little professional outfits to begin their performances. Some students showcased the work of a baker, while others dressed in police uniforms to demonstrate the responsibilities of law enforcement. There were also those who wore doctor's white coats to exhibit the responsibilities of saving lives and aiding the injured. Through this inquiry unit, they not only showcased their career dreams and professional qualities but also enhanced their abilities in expression and performance.

Central idea:Technologies and inventions change our daily lives.
中心思想:科技和发明改变我们的日常生活。
在三年级的结题展上,孩子们热情地介绍了自己探究作品的制作过程,分享自己探究的科技产品,交流这些科技作品对我们日常生活带来的影响。现场气氛热烈,参观的同学也加入到了交流讨论之中。每个人都有无比真切地感受到科技与发明与我们生活的联系。
At the third-grade exhibition, the students enthusiastically presented the production process of their inquiry projects, sharing their exploration of technological products and discussing the impact of these technological innovations on our daily lives. The atmosphere was vibrant, and audiences also engaged in the discussion. Everyone deeply felt the connection between technology, invention, and our lives.

超学科主题:我们是谁
Central idea:Beliefs and values have an impact on human behaviour norms and society.
中心思想:信仰和价值观体系对人们的行为准则和社会产生影响。
在本轮探究结题展中,孩子们透过信仰和价值观,探究“我们是谁”。随着六周的深入探究,结题展上他们化身为“信仰宣传员”,用稚嫩的声音和生动的演绎,向观众传达那些触动心灵的信仰故事。这不仅是一次自我的探索,更是一次灵魂的触动,展现了孩子们作为终身学习者的成长与探究的魅力。
In this round of exhibition, the students explored "who we are" through beliefs and values.After six weeks of in-depth inquiry, they became "Beliefs and Values Promoters" in the final exhibition, using their young voices and vivid interpretations to convey to the audience stories of beliefs that touched their hearts.This is not only a self-exploration, but also a touching of the soul, showing the growth of students as lifelong learners and the charm of inquiry.

With the end of the exhibition, the students’ journey of inquiry has added another chapter.They have interpreted agency with their actions and lit up the path of lifelong learning with their passion for knowledge.May they be as bright as the stars and continue to navigate the ocean of knowledge, exploring the unknown and lighting up the future.
