P&B(Psychology and Behaviour)即心理与行为课,作为上海宏润博源学校的德育引领主阵地,凝结了全校的智慧与力量,针对学生的思想、心理、情感、行为模式、生涯规划、规则意识等主观模态进行持续的、科学的教育和引领,再结合CAS(creativity,activity,service)主题活动,以课程化的主题教育系统实现学生自主管理和自我发展的目标,也全面保障了学校的健康平稳运行。
Our P&B (Psychology and Behavior) session, where our moral education mainly takes place, taps into the wisdom and strength of the whole school and provides continuous and scientific education and guidance for our students in their thinking, mentality, emotions, behavior patterns, career planning, awareness of environment and rules, etc. On top of the P&B, our CAS (Creativity, Activity, and Service) activities with its systematical education themes and courses help the students achieve autonomous management and self-development, ensuring the smooth operation of the school.
停课不停学,疫情期间学校不但正常开设线上学术课程,更未忽视对学生心理和行为的引领工作,甚至更为重视、更为关注。越是困难时期学生越需要老师帮其纾解内在的焦灼和忧患,学校越要及时地引导学生辩证思考问题,科学理性地分析疫情状况。
Although students can’t return to campus due to the COVID-19 epidemic, our school not only offers online courses on time but also values the guidance of students' psychology and behavior, even more so actually. The more difficult the situation is, the more the students are in need of the teachers’ help to relieve their inner uneasiness and anxiety. In this case, schools should all the more guide students to think critically and analyze the epidemic scientifically and rationally.
在学生处统一规划下,2月17日开始的第一周线上P&B,各行政班都聚焦于“疫情”:医护人员舍生忘死的民族大义;全国人民众志成城的家国情怀;高效整合资源来对抗疫情的社会主义制度优越性的再认识;“危中有机,转危为机”的矛盾两面性的辩证思考;自我与社会、与国家民族、与自然的关系的哲学思考;疫情过后中国经济结构调整所带来的生涯规划的思考;2020不平凡的世界等主题都进入了P&B的师生探讨范畴。各位老师从各自专业角度思考着、解读着、引领着,用自己的思维框架给学生打开了一扇窗。透过这扇窗,学生在安静地审视着这个世界,也在沉思着世界中的自我。
Under the unified planning of Dean of Students, in our first-week online P&B, each homeroom focused on discussing the epidemic: the sense of responsibility demonstrated by medical staff who risk their lives; the spirit of national solidarity; the re-recognition of the superiority of the socialist system for the efficient integration of resources to combat the epidemic; dialectical thinking of the contradiction and duality of "opportunity lying in crisis"; philosophical thinking on the relationship between self and society, nation and nature; reflections on career planning in light of China's economic restructuring after the epidemic; events and crisis around the world now. Teachers, from their respective professional perspective, are thinking, interpreting, and leading with their own thinking frames to open a window to students. Through this window, students can look at the world from different point of views, thinking about and orienting who they are in this world.
教育者不能上一线祛病除疫、救死扶伤,但我们可以把国家危机转化成教育契机,唤起学生灵魂深处的民族自信和国家自豪,调动学生专注学业的内在动力,还可以帮助学生理清成栋成梁的生涯规划路径。这是一个教育者于国难当前应尽的“匹夫之责”,相信宏润博源的老师会通过P&B这种形式来点亮学生疫情焦灼中的思想之光。
Educators can’t go to the frontline to combat diseases, cure the dying and heal the wounded, but we can turn the national crisis into an educational opportunity, arousing the national confidence and national pride in the soul of students, mobilizing the internal motivation of students to focus on their studies, and helping students to better understand their career planning. This is "the responsibility of an individual" that an educator should shoulder in this national crisis. We believe that through the P&B sessions our teachers can light up the thoughts of our students in this period of worry and anxiety.
