上午8:30，伴随着激昂的音乐，高藤春季运动会正式拉开帷幕。各班级集结在14号楼操场，老师们为运动健儿们送上真挚的鼓励，丰富的奖品点燃了全场的热情——一场属于挑战与欢乐的盛会，就此开启！

At 8:30 a.m., to the sound of stirring music, the SMCS Spring Sports Meet officially kicked off. Each class gathered on the playground of Building 14, where teachers gave heartfelt words of encouragement to the athletes, and the array of exciting prizes ignited the enthusiasm of the crowd—a celebration of challenge and joy had begun!

障碍往返跑率先打响头阵。队员依次出发，S形绕杆、灵活穿梭，每一次转身都牵动着场边观众的心弦。赛道上疾驰的身影与场边此起彼伏的加油声交织成一片，率先全员折返抵达终点的班级，赢得了满堂喝彩。

The obstacle course race kicked off the events. Team members set off in sequence, weaving through poles with agile movements, each turn capturing the hearts of the spectators. The swift figures on the track and the waves of cheering from the sidelines intertwined into a vibrant tapestry. The class whose members were the first to complete the round-trip course earned thunderous applause.

紧随其后的沙包投准比赛，考验的是眼手配合的精准度。选手们屏息凝神，瞄准定位稳稳投出。每当沙包进入命中圈，场边便爆发出一阵清脆的欢呼。

Next came the beanbag accuracy toss, a true test of hand-eye coordination. The competitors held their breath, focused intently, and threw with steady aim. Whenever a beanbag landed in the scoring zone, a crisp round of cheers erupted from the sidelines.

经过中午的养精蓄锐，下午羽毛球个人单打赛准时开战。

After a noon break, the afternoon began with the singles badminton tournament. 

选手们灵活移动、精准扣杀，每一次挥拍都充满力量，轻盈的羽球在空中划出一道道白色弧线，比分交替上升，悬念持续到最后一刻。

Players moved nimbly, executing precise smashes with each swing full of power. The shuttlecock traced graceful white arcs through the air, with scores alternating and suspense lasting until the final moment.

运球、突破、投篮，师生间的默契配合与激烈对抗赢得了阵阵掌声与欢笑，这一刻，胜负已不再重要，情谊与拼搏才是最动人的注脚。

Dribbling, breaking through defenses, and shooting, the seamless cooperation and spirited rivalry drew rounds of applause and laughter. At that moment, victory or defeat no longer mattered; what truly counted was the camaraderie and the spirited effort.
