With the summer holiday at the halfway point, while students are enjoying vacations and exploring the world, a quiet "transformation" is underway on the UEC campus. This summer, focusing on the core dimensions of "health, safety, and comfort," we have carried out detailed renovations and upgrades to the campus environment, using our silent dedication to welcome the new semester.

The air quality and environmental health inside and outside the classroom have always been the school's top priorities.
墙体深度防潮治理
Deep Moisture-Proofing of Walls
经历雨季后，针对部分易潮湿的墙角，工程团队将受潮基层彻底铲除，重新做好防水基层，并选用环保内墙漆进行粉刷，旨在从源头上为孩子们的呼吸健康提供保障。
After the rainy season, the engineering team thoroughly removed the affected base layers from damp-prone wall corners, reapplied waterproof base layers, and painted them with eco-friendly interior wall paint. This aims to guarantee the respiratory health of the children at the source.

吊顶的微调修补、空调出风口的积尘清理以及标识检查等工作正有序进行。我们通过深度清洁与排查，确保新学期开启时，教室内的空气清新、纯净。
Work such as fine-tuning and repairing ceilings, cleaning dust from air conditioning vents, and inspecting signage is proceeding in an orderly manner. Through deep cleaning and inspections, we ensure that the air inside the classrooms is fresh and pure when the new semester begins.

Making Every Step Worry-Free
运动场是孩子们挥洒汗水、释放活力的乐园。由于绿茵草坪与硬化道路的材质差异，边缘交接处容易出现微小的高度差。为此，学校在暑期对运动场边缘的老旧路基进行了彻底拆除与重整。
The sports field is a paradise where children break a sweat and release their energy. Due to the difference in materials between the green lawn and the paved paths, slight height differences often occur at the edges. Therefore, during the summer, the school completely demolished and rebuilt the old roadbed at the edge of the sports field.
重新铺设的过渡带实现了草坪与步行道的平整衔接。这细微的平整度提升，能有效降低孩子们在奔跑、追逐时的安全隐患，让日常活动更加安全。
The newly paved transition zone achieves a smooth connection between the lawn and the walkway. This subtle improvement in evenness effectively reduces safety hazards for children when running and chasing, making daily activities safer.
Flood Control Upgrade:
Building a Stronger Safety Line
夏季强对流天气频发，防汛排涝能力是校园安全的重要保障。
Severe convective weather occurs frequently in summer, and flood control and drainage capabilities are important guarantees for campus safety.
假期里，我们对教学楼周边的绿化带排水系统进行了全面升级。
During the holiday, we comprehensively upgraded the drainage system in the green belt surrounding the teaching buildings.
通过开挖管沟、重新排布地下排水管道，进一步提升雨水排放效率，确保即便在暴雨天气下，校园道路也能快速排水、保持干爽，守护师生们的出行安全。
By excavating trenches and rearranging underground drainage pipes, we have further improved the efficiency of rainwater discharge, ensuring that campus roads can drain quickly and remain dry even during heavy rain, safeguarding the travel safety of teachers and students.
