过年期间孩子们在家中可能会出现饮食及作息不规律。为做好开学的准备，家长可结合幼儿园的食谱和一日流程安排帮助幼儿调整饮食及作息。请家长注意孩子的一日三餐，尽量减少油盐的摄入，尽可能做到营养均衡，和园所携手共同帮助孩子养成不挑食不浪费的好习惯。

During the Spring Festival, children may have irregular schedules at home. In order to prepare for the beginning of the semester, parents can help children adjust their diet and rest by adapting to the kindergarten's diet and daily schedule. Please pay attention to the children's three meals a day, reduce the intake of oil and salt, achieve balanced nutrition, and help children develop good eating habits.

低龄的孩子经过长假后返校或者新入园的孩子都有可能出现分离焦虑的情况。请家长们做好心理准备，帮助孩子建立合理的预期，多以积极地态度鼓励孩子。孩子即将返校的家长可以通过多跟孩子聊一聊校园生活，回顾孩子的艺术作品等方式来让孩子逐渐回到适应校园生活的状态。同样新入园的孩子们也可以提前到学校适应，让孩子跟班级老师提前建立信任的关系。

Separation anxiety can occur in younger children before returning to school after a long vacation or in new children. Parents should be prepared to help their children establish reasonable expectations and encourage their children in a positive manner. Parents whose children are about to go back to school can help them by talking about school life and reviewing their children's artwork. Similarly, new children can also go to school in advance to adapt, so that children and teachers can establish a trusting relationship in advance.

培养孩子的自理能力可以帮助他/她快速适应幼儿园生活，例如：改掉用吸管杯或者奶瓶喝水的习惯，训练孩子用水杯喝水；多鼓励孩子独立用勺子吃饭，不挑食、不厌食；教孩子独立如厕，学会自己脱衣服、裤子和鞋子等。

Cultivating a child's self-care ability can help him/her quickly adapt to kindergarten life. For example: changing the habit of drinking with a straw cup or a bottle, training the child to drink from a cup; encouraging the child to eat independently with a spoon, not be picky or anorexia; teaching the child to go to the toilet independently and learn to take off their clothes, pants, and shoes by himself/herself.

引导幼儿养成“合理膳食、适量运动、充足睡眠”等健康生活方式，保证幼儿每天摄入充足的蛋白质、维生素和矿物质，做到营养均衡的科学饮食习惯。引导幼儿正确佩戴口罩，坚持科学锻炼，同时做好每日健康监测。保证睡眠充足和良好心态，有效提高机体的免疫能力，增强抗病毒能力。

出门做好个人防护，尽量避开人流密集的公共场所。教育幼儿养成“勤洗手、不乱摸、不吃手、不揉眼睛、打喷嚏捂口鼻、不随地吐痰、少聚集”等健康文明习惯。

Guide children to develop a healthy lifestyle such as a "reasonable diet, adequate exercise and adequate sleep", ensure that children take in adequate protein, vitamins and minerals every day, and achieve a balanced scientific diet.

Guide children to wear masks correctly, adhere to scientific exercise, and do a good job of daily health monitoring. Ensure adequate sleep and a good state of mind, effectively improve the body's immunity, and enhance antiviral ability.

Take good personal protection when going out, and try to avoid crowded public places. Educate children to develop healthy and civilized habits such as "washing hands frequently, not touching, not biting hands, not rubbing eyes, sneezing, covering mouth and nose, not spitting, less gathering".
