The drops of sweat on a child's temples, the light reflecting, the smiles on the sun and grass, the energy, the dynamic deer-like strides, the collaboration with peers ......
All of this tells you that sport, has the power to move the hearts and minds of people.
The fact that children are slowly getting fit on the green field, shaping their bodies in the science of sport and staying healthy and energetic is the most direct feedback from sport.
And more importantly, sport enables them to understand the power of striving, to realise their full potential, to break the so-called limits and to reap the benefits of a great life experience.
This coming December, we welcome the National Physical Fitness Standards test, which is an effective physical test for your children.
In school, we do our best to build a good PE programme for the children, so that they can receive good training, exercise and guidance. And at home, the children still need to continue to keep exercising and develop good exercise habits.
That is why our professional PE team of teachers have recorded home exercise videos to keep each child active outside the classroom. Make exercise a good habit by exercising one hour a day.
