On the afternoon of November 20th, the district supervisors from the fourth responsibility area of Luohu District, including Li Ke, Huang Xinhuan, Yu Hanshun, Wen Yongjin, and Liu Guisong, conducted a special supervision on the improvement and efficiency of classroom teaching at Huamei Foreign Language School under the initiative of "One Core and Four Dimensions."
Firstly, Director Yin Zhihong from the Teaching Center made specialized reports on four dimensions: research-guided teaching, subject training leadership, smart integration, and supervision monitoring. He systematically reported on how Huamei Foreign Language School, under the guidance of the "double reduction," "five management items," and the new curriculum standards, promoted a series of activities to improve and enhance classroom teaching through the "frontline, three students" model, focusing on "four more attentions" and "achieving 80% in three aspects."
Subsequently, the supervisors visited classrooms and randomly observed lessons. They attended a class taught by the outstanding teacher Yang Xia in Class 701 for Chinese, and a class by the young teacher Xu Ruliang in Class 702 for mathematics. After the classes, the supervisors positively acknowledged the solid foundational skills, effective classroom control, and active interaction between teachers and students. At the same time, they emphasized the importance for teachers to grasp the characteristics of the subjects and the key points of the final exams.
The supervisors carefully reviewed school records of lesson observations, research activities, lesson plans, and assignments to comprehensively understand the implementation of various teaching tasks in the school. Supervisor Li Ke pointed out: Huamei Foreign Language School effectively manages routine education and teaching, and initial results are visible through research-driven teaching.
Finally, Principal Deng Dengjiang, on behalf of the school, expressed gratitude to the supervisors for their thoughtful insights into the school's teaching situation.
