Graduation Ceremony of SAIS Secondary School｜深美中学部毕业典礼回顾

As early summer arrives, SAIS campus hosts an event blending artistic performances and solemn rituals. Teachers, parents and students gather here for the youth ceremony of Grade 8 and Grade 12, witnessing everyone’s growth over the years and wishing all students well as they embark on new journeys.

Bathed in gentle stage lights, every student was given space to showcase their genuine passions. Fully conceived and performed by our secondary learners, the show embodied the vibrant diversity of teenage life. Soft vocal solos conveyed quiet inner thoughts, dynamic dance routines energized the venue, and student bands delivered catchy, rhythmic tunes. A lyrical flute solo brought serene, poetic melodies, while creative magic acts drew warm gasps, and a Cantonese group song highlighted our campus’s multicultural spirit. 

Free from hesitation, our students bared their creativity through voice, movement, instruments and imagination. This stage exists not for competition, but for passion to thrive. Countless after-school rehearsals and confident performances stand testament to SAIS’s holistic education philosophy: we empower every individual to express themselves freely and embrace their unique light.

As the stage music fades to a gentle close, the solemn yet heartwarming graduation ceremony officially begins. The melodious school song echoes far and wide, ushering in this ritual of farewell and new beginnings. All eyes turn to the graduates about to cross this pivotal milestone in their lives.

Principal's Address & Home-School Recognition

Principal Joseph M. Cirelli and Principal Cheryl Li delivered heartfelt opening remarks, reflecting on the years of growth our students have experienced. Rooted in our mission to nurture global future leaders, they shared sincere wishes for graduates to stay curious and kind as they step into the wider world. The PTA Parent Appreciation Award was presented to recognize the enduring partnership between families and school, a vital foundation of our students’ growth.

Our teacher representative shared tender memories of daily campus life, carrying warm reluctance and sincere hopes for every graduate. Middle and High School Bands returned to the stage, their melodies evoking countless cherished campus moments.

Student representatives from Grade 8 and Grade 12 spoke of friendship, self-discovery and deep affection for SAIS, followed by a parent representative who expressed gratitude for the school’s thoughtful guidance and teachers’ constant care. A heartfelt graduate montage rolled across the screen, stitching together ordinary campus days and joyful snapshots, compressing years of precious memories into moving frames.

As the closing remarks draw to an end, countless balloons soar into the clear sky, carrying youngsters’ lofty dreams aloft. Teachers, students and families gather to share sweet cakes amid laughter and joy, freezing this warm and fulfilling moment forever. A group graduation photo is taken by all faculty, students and parents to preserve the unique youthful glow of the Class of 2026.

As the ceremony comes to a close, everyone bids each other heartfelt farewells with warm embraces. Graduation is never an end, but a prelude to brand-new journeys of exploration.

 May all young graduates chase their dreams far and wide, gaining admission to New York University, the University of California system, Oxford and Cambridge, HKUST and HKPolyU, and embrace brilliant futures at top universities across the globe.

Closing words echoed as balloons rose into the sky, carrying graduates’ dreams upward. The whole community gathered to share celebration cake amid warm laughter, before gathering for a full group graduation photo to freeze this unforgettable moment for the Class of 2026. As the ceremony drew to a close, heartfelt goodbyes were exchanged. Graduation is never an ending, but the opening of a brand-new adventure.

As seasons shift on campus, our students have cultivated passion, knowledge and lifelong friendships here. Our Grade 8 learners will advance into high school to deepen their self-exploration; our Grade 12 graduates will travel across continents to pursue their university aspirations. 舞台光影流转，每一份热爱都拥有尽情舒展的角落。整场展演由学生自主构思、倾情演绎，多元艺术表达碰撞出独属于中学时代的鲜活生命力。

清澈歌声次第响起，温柔独唱诉说细腻心绪；灵动舞步跃动全场，释放蓬勃朝气；乐队奏响潮流旋律，律动直击人心；悠扬长笛穿梭全场，带来静谧治愈的听觉诗意；奇妙魔术制造阵阵惊喜，粤语合唱交融多元文化底色。少年们站上舞台，抛开拘谨与胆怯，以歌声、舞蹈、器乐与创意，坦诚表达自我，将平日课堂之外的鲜活才华尽数呈现。

这方舞台无关胜负，只为盛放热爱。一次次反复打磨的排练，一场场从容自信的登台，皆是 SAIS 全人教育赋予少年的底气 —— 鼓励每一个灵魂自由表达，尊重每一种与众不同的光芒。

当舞台乐曲缓缓落幕，庄重温情的毕业典礼正式开启。校歌悠扬回荡，拉开这场关于告别与启程的仪式，所有目光，都投向即将跨越人生重要节点的毕业生。

两位校长依次登台致辞，回望学子在校数年的蜕变之路，结合学校面向世界的育人愿景，赠予少年长久的人生箴言，期许他们永葆好奇与善意，勇敢奔赴广阔天地。学校同步颁发家长致谢奖项，感恩长久以来家校同心的陪伴与支撑，家校携手，共护少年成长之路。

教师代表上台娓娓道来，细数朝夕相伴的校园点滴，藏着师者温柔不舍与满心期许；初中、高中两支乐队再度登台，以轻快乐曲串联起无数校园回忆；初高中毕业生代表依次分享求学感悟，诉说同窗情谊、成长思考与对母校的眷恋；家长代表登台致谢，代表全体家庭感念学校悉心培育与师长长久陪伴。

影像大屏缓缓播放专属毕业纪念短片，一幕幕校园日常、欢笑瞬间徐徐铺展，温柔戳中在场每一位观者，将数年校园时光浓缩成一帧帧珍贵回忆。

毕业证书，是少年成长路上分量十足的里程碑。 8 年级学子依次登台，接过属于初中阶段的成长证明，正式迈向高中全新篇章；12 年级毕业生缓步走上台前，领取见证完整中学时光的毕业证书，为数年国际校园生涯画上圆满句点。每一次上台，都伴随全场绵长掌声，大屏同步呈现每位学子独有的成长剪影，留存独属于他们的校园印记。

闭幕寄语落定，漫天气球腾空而起，载着少年理想飞向澄澈天际。所有人围坐共享甜蜜蛋糕，欢声笑语交织，定格此刻温热圆满。全体师生、家长共同拍摄毕业大合影，将 2026 届独有的青春模样永久珍藏。

典礼尾声，大家互道珍重，相拥告别。毕业从不是终点，而是一场全新探索的序章。愿少年们奔赴四方，圆梦纽约大学、加州大学、牛津剑桥、香港科技大学、香港理工大学...在世界各大学府续写耀眼前程。
